Summary
Prepare and observe bacterial slides with a virtual microscope developed for UNED Costa Rica. The laboratory uses real microscope images and follows the same guided workflow as Plant Tissues.
What you can do
- Choose among seven complete bacterial preparations.
- Place the slide, adjust focus and illumination, and change objective magnification.
- Compare diplococci, tetrads, streptococci, staphylococci, bacilli and vibrios at 4x, 10x, 40x and 100x.
- Download the current micrograph for later analysis.
